ARMdevices.net recenly Review cheap laptop under $200 based on Android, Hivision PWS700CA, which are powered ARM9 processor. This product was previously on display at CES 2010. This laptop based processor ARM9 Rockchip RK2808 600MHz, with 128MB SDRAM, 7 inch screen resolution 800 × 480 pixels and supports 720p video, wifi, LAN, and audio. With all the trimmings, this laptop weighs only 650 grams.
